Educational Goat Programs

 Interactive farm education with live animals

This program is designed for schools, libraries, camps, and youth programs that want a more structured educational experience.

Participants will learn fascinating facts about goats through a fun, interactive presentation before meeting the goats up close.

Program Structure (60 minutes)

Interactive Goat Education – 30 Minutes

A lively presentation with visuals, props, and audience participation.

Participants learn:

• Why goats have rectangular pupils
• How goats digest food (the famous four stomachs)
• What goats eat and how farmers care for them
• Goat behavior and communication
• Different breeds and how goats help people around the world

Hands-on materials may include farm tools, brushes, feed samples, and other items used in daily goat care.

Participants are encouraged to ask questions and participate throughout the program.

Meet the Goats – 30 Minutes

After the presentation, participants meet our goat ambassadors Beans and Blueberry.

This portion includes:

• Gentle petting and interaction
• Learning how to safely approach animals
• Q&A with the farmer
• Photos and memorable moments
