About Me – Tonya of Hidden Grace Farm

Hi there, I'm Tonya — founder, chief animal wrangler, event dreamer, and passionate believer in the healing magic of farm life.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to animals, farm living, and the kind of joy you find in simple, hands-on experiences. Hidden Grace Farm started as our family’s little homestead project and slowly, painstakingly and joyfully, grew into the community-centered space it is today. Now, it’s a place where ponies wear flowers in their manes, we share the joy that is goats, and families come to reconnect with nature (and maybe dance a little under the stars).

I bring over 30 years of experience with horses and farm animals to everything we offer here. Creating meaningful, joy-filled memories with my own family is at the heart of everything I do. That same love for connection, creativity, and a sprinkle of whimsy finds its way into every event and program we offer here on the farm.

I believe learning should be fun, messy, and memorable. Whether it's a toddler planting a flower, a preschooler brushing a pony, a nervous guest smiling their way through goat yoga, or a community lighting up when they witness magic on the farm, those moments are why I do this. Our goal isn’t perfection — it’s connection.

We love big ideas and little boots, fresh flowers and muddy hands, loud laughter and quiet wonder. Every event is created with heart, a dash of magic, and a deep love and respect for the animals who make this all possible.

Meet the Team

This farm is a true family affair, and I couldn’t do it without these amazing people by my side:

  • Norman — My husband, partner in life and livestock, and our resident magician. By day, he helps to maintain everything behind the scenes that make the farm run. He also dazzles crowds at our Magic & Music Nights, birthday parties on the farm and helps run events!

  • Noah— Our oldest, steady and strong. Noah is thoughtful, hard-working, and always willing to lend a hand whether it's fixing fences, building a barn or helping wrangle goats.

  • Lucas — Full of energy and always up for a challenge, Lucas is our logistics guy, helping with parking, events and helping Norman with behind-the-scenes responsibilities

  • Alaina — Our creative spirit and animal lover, Alaina feeds our animals every day, before and after school! She can often be found teaching crafts, helping run events, and getting her pony Starlight looking her most magical for events!

  • Phoebe — Small but mighty, Phoebe is fearless when it comes to the animals and has a huge heart. She loves helping at events and keeping things fun. She will tell you all the names and details about every animal on the farm, and loves to share her knowledge about them with others!

Our kids are deeply involved in daily farm life and have helped us build this dream from the ground up. They know the animals by name, the chores by heart, and the pay-off of hard work and muddy boots.

We can't wait to welcome you to our farm and share our little slice of paradise with you.
